The new generation of ST2800 SuperneT Integrated Communication System (ICS) is a versatile communication solution that enables interoperability between different agencies to achieve closer co-ordination in mission-critical and public safety operations. It integrates disparate systems (such as radio, cellular, PSTN, etc.) to deliver a complete suite of voice, data and multimedia services. The ICS interconnects remote field and command centers to facilitate sharing of information. Using the core components of the ST2860 Radio Gateway, ST2820 Audio Unit, ST2850 Collaborative Communication Server and ST2810 Integrated Dispatch Console Sofware, various scalable systems can be developed to address a variety of needs. The system is available in three cost-effective forms: portable, vehicular/mobile, forward and fixed command center systems.
